CSU and the Department of Philosophy invite you to join us for a public memorial in honor of University Distinguished Professor Holmes Rolston III on Friday, September 19, from 12:30-2:30 pm in the Lory Student Center, Grand Ballroom C-D.

Professor Rolston was a founder of the field of environmental ethics, a deep thinker at the intersection of science and religion, and an accomplished naturalist. His work has influenced generations of thinkers and framed much of the contemporary discourse in environmental ethics. This event will provide an opportunity to celebrate the life and legacy of a figure who played such a pivotal role in environmental thought.
