Scholarships & Awards
We encourage our students to take full advantage of the scholarship and award opportunities at CSU and beyond. Here are some of particular interest to philosophy students:
Professor Robert Zoellner, who was a member of CSU's Department of English from 1958-1994, established this scholarship to recognize excellent undergraduate philosophy students.
This scholarship, named for Professor Lee Speer (1933-2013), longtime Department of Philosophy faculty, is open to juniors and seniors in any major who wish to pursue issues in agricultural and food systems ethics.
This scholarship is available to full-time undergraduates majoring in philosophy as well as graduate students in philosophy.
Established to honor Professor Fred Johnson's impact as a teacher and his academic achievement as logician in the Department of Philosophy, this scholarship is available to philosophy graduate students.
